We guarantee a minimum of 6 dates at any regular speed dating event. If you choose to leave an event which goes ahead as planned, you are not eligible for a refund. Sometimes the numbers are higher, and we manage the groups on the night.

While we aim to have a 50/50 gender split at any such event, this is not guaranteed and may not always be possible due to no show’s etc. No refunds will be issued for imbalanced numbers due to the unpredictability of 'no shows'.

If you arrive late for an event, entry will not be guaranteed, and all late arrivals will be permitted to join the event at the host’s discretion. If you are late and turn up once the session has begun. admittance may be denied by the host. Who is acting reasonably and in the best interest of the whole group of attendees.

We consider a late arrival to mean any attendee who arrives later than 15 minutes after the event’s listed start time. Attendance on time is essential to allow you to sign in and get a drink before the event starts.

Venues have their own requirements such as dress code and ID checks. Booking an event does not guarantee that a venue will allow you to enter the premises if you are in breach of any venue code of conduct, dress code, or fail to provide ID to the venue.

Any drinks purchased are subject to payment to the venue bar and not to CCA staff. Drinks are not included in the ticket price unless the event specifically states so.

Dress code guidelines. As a rule, we recommend smart/casual attire. Do not wear shorts, bare feet or beach ware. Ladies leave bikinis for the beach. Gents no socks and sandals or large motif T-shirts. Dress to impress is always a good move.

Events are displayed on our Site, and we may inform you via email or SMS about our events. The price of attending an event will be confirmed on our Site at the time of booking. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.

Each of our events are based on a minimum number of attendees and we reserve the right to cancel an event if such numbers are not reached. If for any reason an event is cancelled, you will be informed by WhatsApp (If you have provided us with the number) or by email if you haven’t. No refunds are available. You will then be transferred to the next available event within your age range and offered a voucher code.

Payment for a CCA Speed dating event is payable in advance and only for dates that have spaces available. If the date is already sold out, then rebook for a future date. Please note that spaces are limited and booking early is recommended. Please note if you have made payment for our event via a third-party booking site, you will be bound by their Terms and Conditions.

If you are seen to be handing out business cards, exchanging contact details or putting pressure on other event members. This is in breach of our “Fair play” policy, and the host has the right to ask that attendee to leave and it may lead to a ban for several future meetings.

Our “Fair Play Policy”

It is assumed that a CCA event will attract refined attendees of both sexes. Therefore, it is assumed that these attendees will behave in a manner fitting for a lady or Gentlemen.
Good manners and respect for the other attendees is required.
Smart dress code and a level of tidiness and grooming is expected.
The time allocated to each encounter does goes quickly and so wherever possible we endeavor to offer two rounds with every candidate, however when groups are large or unbalanced it is not always possible, due to time restraints.
Arriving on time is always recommended, even arriving early is a good move as it registers you are being the first candidates to sit down when the event starts.
Have a drink is recommended to settle nerves and help relax attendees to enjoy the evening. But drunkenness or bad behavior due to drinking will not be tolerated.
CCA operate a No drugs and No smoking policy.
Putting pressure on attendees to exchange numbers will not be tolerated.
Please respect the time bell and move along quickly. This allows next candidate to speak to all the attendees in the allowed time frame. Especially if two rounds are being offered.
When the event is over, attendees may remain at the bar and continue any conversations.
Please be aware some venues may not provide full, or limited, access for our disabled members.
Provide all the information required to complete the registration forms for our Services.
Ensure the information you provide is complete, accurate and up to date. Booking form mandator fields are required.
We assume you have never been convicted of a crime and are not a registered sex offender with any government entity or agency.
We assume you are either single, divorced, or separated from your spouse or domestic partner.
You will understand that CCA are not liable for any issues arising from false information provided. (Marital Status for example)
If you were disappointed for any reason with the service, please reach out to us. We endeavor to constantly improve the events and any feedback both positive and constructive is encouraged.
You agree that you will not post any unkind comments or negative content on social media without speaking to us first.

When you book an event, you must supply a mobile phone number. (WhatsApp) Your booking is confirmed when payment has been processed. You should print this page for your records. We will contact you by text (WhatsApp) to confirm receiving your payment. Please respond back to confirm attendance on the night.

If you want to change the event you attend, we require a minimum of seven working days before the event. We will endeavor to move you to another event free of charge. Providing there is spaces available in the age group you require. If you are unable to attend, you can send a friend.

We may invite media to attend events or to take our own promotional photographs, videos and other media at events and display on social media. We ask you to indicate on the booking form if you object to being featured in promotional materials both on and offline. Please inform the host if you DO NOT wish to be in any photos or videos.

We aim to give single people a chance to meet one another in a safe and relaxed environment. However, we are not a Matchmaking service and do not verify the personal details of those participating in our events. Please be aware that we do not conduct any form of background checks on any attendee, including any form of verification of a person’s identity, profession, education, marital status or criminal background.

By attending a CCA event you understand that we offer simply an opportunity for meeting new people, but we cannot guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant.

Please approach any contact with participants at one of our events with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people you do not know.

As we do not conduct any form of background checks on any attendees Any disputes that arise from issues created by marital status or outside relationship issues are not the responsibility of CCA.

We are very strict on age bands 25 – 40 and 41 – 70 so please respect that other guests attending the events will be expecting to meet people within the specified age range. If you are under 25, we are sorry you cannot attend one of our events.

If you are in the LGBTQ+ community, we currently don’t offer any events. However, we recognize and respect your diversity and will be considering this in the new year.

By using our Site or Services you agree that neither us nor our associates, affiliates, parent company or subsidiaries (together with our directors, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and representatives of each of the foregoing) are liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from using our services or attending our events.

We are not in any way liable for any third-party costs that you may incur in attending or attempting to attend an event including parking charges, any transport or hotel costs that you choose to incur if the event is cancelled.
